OneData Valentine Awoof Terms and Conditions
- OneData provides an opportunity this valentine season to individuals who want to utilise OneData Internet services for the month of February. The offer is a special offer and available to interested persons.
- These terms and conditions apply to persons who access or sign up for the offer, including those who refer a neighbour to OneData internet service and those who are referred to OneData internet service.
- Users agree to the Platform Terms by signing up to participate in the offer. When you input your name, email address, and any other requested detail on the Promotion page of OneData's webpage and hit "submit" or "sign up" or a similar button to acquire more details about the offer, you agree to participate and agree to the Platform Terms.
- If you are a Referred Neighbour, when you activate the referral code given to you by the Referrer, you agree to participate in the Promotion.
- You are not authorized to register as a Referrer and you may not participate in the Promotion in any way if you do not agree to the Platform Terms in its entirety.
- Users are not permitted to participate in the Promotion if they are barred by law from so doing.
- The Offer is valid from 1st of February 2022 to 28th February 2022.
- The reward for referring a neighbour is N5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira Only). Also, the referred neighbour will be entitled to N2,500.00 (Two Thousand, Five Hundred Naira Only).
- The reward will be given to both the referrer and the referred neighbour once the referred neighbour has paid in full for the installation, setup, and one-month internet subscription.
- Payment in instalments for installation and setup, is not available. Referred neighbours must pay the entire amount before the internet service is installed and configured.
- Referrers may use their referral code to access the Platform and view their Referrals. The Referred neighbour may also use the referral code or any other link sent to access OneData's homepage. OneData will send the participants an email requesting their bank details in order to pay the reward.
- A referred neighbour may become a Referrer by registering for the offer and receiving a referral code.
- We retain the right to terminate or suspend the Offer and alter these terms and conditions in any event, including fraud, abuse, or an error impacting the Offer's operation. We will notify you as soon as possible.
- Your personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Offer. We will comply with all requirements of the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation 2019 and all applicable data protection regulation in force. - The content of the promotion page and our website are protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights ("IP Rights"). The IP Rights in the promotion page and our website shall remain ours.
